Single-point truck status, cleaning, and fleet planning entry.

Fleet Entry

Select an existing truck to update it, or enter a new tractor number. Cleaning entries are added as history; planning entries are added to the Fleet Planning Notes board.

New truck entry. Enter a tractor number to create a Truck List record.

Truck / Equipment

Each saved note is preserved with the logged-in user and Central Time timestamp. Newest notes display first.

Driver Departure / Truck Turn-In (optional — starts inspection and cleaning workflow)

Return Checklist (check confirmed items)
Turn-in location uses the Truck / Equipment Location field above so it only has to be entered once.
Process Driver Departure: saves the current truck information, sets the truck to Open, creates a pending Shop Inspection, adds a Needs Cleaning record, and preserves a Driver Departure fleet note.
